Whether you want to train individually or train with others, CSW has dedicated space for strength and cardio training, studios for a variety of fitness classes, and professionals that will help you hit your goals.

Fitness assessments are free for new members. The Fitness Assessment helps new members share their goals with one of the personal trainers so that he/she can show them the equipment that can help them reach their goals and formulate a plan.

More About Our Classes

Strength and Cardio

Here you will find state-of-the-art cardio machines, free weights, weight machines, and other strength training equipment to ensure that you will have what you need to get a quality workout. This area also includes space for stretching and turf for drills and sports conditioning.

Fitness Classes

The Community Sports and Wellness Group X Fitness team offers a variety of fun filled classes to strengthen and challenge you. You can FIND YOUR FIT with offerings from HIIT to yoga, cycling to Boxing, or pilates to Boot Camp classes.

Elevated Personal Training

Whether you are a beginner to fitness or need an extra challenge to an old routine, CSW Certified Fitness Trainers are available, to help you reach your goals and avoid injuries, offer accountability and to coach you through the pit-falls that can derail you. As a CSW member, you also receive a free fitness assessment.  These assessments are by appointment only.

CSW values and cares about whole body wellness and holistic lifestyles and has credentialed and certified Health & Nutrition Coaches available to our members. What to know/what to bring to your first class:

Bring your water bottle and your own towel if you desire. CSW has yoga/fitness mats and hand weights for your use during classes. You are also welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blocks if you prefer.
