Our free Youth Certification program empowers youth aged 10-16 to safely and confidently utilize our fitness floor. Our personal trainers will ensure they understand proper gym etiquette, equipment usage, and exercise techniques. This free certification is a positive introduction to fitness, setting the foundation for a lifelong journey of health and wellness!
