Functional Fitness (Pearl)

Begins with low impact cardio warm-up, balance, strength, functional movement exercises and stretching. Multi-joint, multi-muscle exercises support increased muscular strength & endurance, improve balance, and boost core strength, training the body to perform everyday activities with good, joint protective form. A functionally fit body increases movement efficiency, while decreasing the chance for injuries and falls.
