Cycle Strength (Jody)

20 minutes of cycling with 20 minutes of strength training and ending with 5 minutes of stretching. Cycling will be guided with cues on resistance and speed with a goal of hitting a new maximum output each class. Strength will consist of weighted upper and lower body exercises. This class is high cardio with modifications.
